"Time frame for appointment was a 4 hour window which is generally inconvenient but once I communicated with a dispatcher we were able to solidify a time. Sprinkler technician was prompt, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and kind/personable.i was charged as quoted. I will use Pacific Lawn Sprinklers again."

"Tri-County was extremely professional, timely, responsive, and overall very easy to work with. They installed a new sprinkler system in front and back yards, then waited until I had new flowers planted in 3 flower beds to return and install the drip irrigation. They were very accommodative of working with me on the timing and made sure that the project turned out great! I even reduced the size of a couple flower beds after the sprinkler system was installed but before the drip irrigation was installed, and they moved the sprinkler heads to make sure the new sod I have to lay will have adequate water coverage. Overall, I highly recommend Tri-County!"

"Kept appointments, gave and honored their estimate, and finished rerouting sprinkler system main line crushed by nearby 30 year old live oak that included a section of sidewalk excavation and replacement that took more time than anticipated, but stayed until finished that evening and returned the next morning to cap a sprinkler feed discovered to be crushed when tested that evening after 10 pmâ ¦.extraordinary 7 hour effort under difficult conditions handled with deliberate calm, focus and good humor. Greatly appreciated their expertise and dedication to do it right. - Bob Brown"

"I asked to come and take a look at a drip irrigation system. However, I asked to quote me sprinkler system for the drip in the back and a new in the front. They gave me an estimate right away (Tueday). Came Thursday worked till 9 pm. Finish the job on Friday morning. Showed me around where sprinkler heads were and how to operate the timer. Polite and efficient."

"The project was to check and service our lawn sprinkler system. The team installed a new control panel we had purchased and checked out the system. They found that low water pressure was a problem prohibiting the system from work properly. Recommended that I have a plumber do a backflow check, and then call them back to complete the inspection of the system. Will contact a plumber and call them back with results. Lookin forward to them returning to complete the job."

"The young men were here about an hour and came to ask if I would authorize them to use some tool that cost $40+ for 15 minutes use to locate the remainder of the service valves for the sprinkler system. They had managed to locate 2 already and both of them had to be connected/re-connected and yet the circuit was still not complete so they needed to locate the remainder. As I rent, I chose to not have them use the tool but rather to prepare a report as to what they had already done and what they would need to do to complete the testing. I will then share this information with the property management company that I rent from. It seems though that one of the gentlemen left my water turned off at the meter and left. This caused an issue. I contacted one of the young men and he was kind enough to return to my house and turn the water back on. I wasn't certain if that was the issue or if there was another problem."

"We wanted to place the rocks in our front yard using cement and concrete. We said we dont want to stack them but just place it with cement. First he said that he had done that kind of job and gave us the quote. We finalized the price even though it was pretty high as per our budget. But then he took us to the store where they sell the rocks and recommended the rocks that can be stacked. Then only he said that he does not do the rocks with cement.
It was all a waste of time. We could have looked with someone else for the work of we would have known at first itself.

"Jacob, with Texas Spinkler Pros was right on time. He worked quickly and was very thorough with explaining to me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. They were very reasonably priced and I would definitely use them in the future if needed."

"Williams Irrigation and Lawn Service came out the same day and hauled off my box spring for a reasonable price!"

"Eli was quick, professional, friendly and very responsive. We couldn’t be happier with the service he provided and the reasonable rate. We’ll be recommending him to anyone we can going forward and only wish we found him sooner."
