"Our sales consultant Austyn, was very thorough and spent a lot of time going over the specifics. We had consultations with 5 companies and AM Sun Solar was one of only 2 companies who actually sent someone to our home. The others did a phone or video consult or in one case, no consult at all (simply emailed a quote after I sent a copy of our utility bill). We were very flexible on availability so were able to get our install done the day after our permit was approved. AM Sun Solar handled every aspect of the inspection/permit process and their communication throughout was superb. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in less than a day and were very respectful and very tidy/clean. They took care to run the electrical through the attic, minimizing the visible conduit and painted the small amount of exposed conduit to match the existing color. We utilized their financing which offers 18 months same as cash so that was great. AM Sun Solar was not the cheapest quote but with all the attention to detail and the personal consultation, we felt very comfortable going with them. The ability to monitor the system via the app is great and we just received our first negative utility bill. We haven't needed to call for service yet but I am hopeful that if we encounter any issues, Am Sun Solar will be there to back up their install. All in all, a great experience and we would recommend them."
