"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally. My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood. We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted. <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough. I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct. Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order. We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way. She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order. Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful. After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down. They did an excellent job and we really love our floor. There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct. We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"<p>We cleared the rooms, installation took less time than anticipated. They were courteous and knowledgeable on the materials they were using. They cleaned up any trash and left over materials. My floors look fabulous and I have gotten lots of compliments on them. I would definitely use them again. A+++</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"They were very professional, helpful and responsive in answering questions and giving us a quote. In the end, we decided not to repair the countertop and sink but replace it entirely. as the previous owner installed it and it no longer fit our decor. Even though we didn't use them to make the repairs, we were very impressed with their customer service."

"<p>This was vey messy project and the guys did make efforts to clean up some each day. My house was barely livable for a few days as I was confined to the Master bedroom/bath with minimal access to the kitchen. There was dust everywhere. They guys didn't do very well in hauling off garbage and, since I have one small city issued garbage can, I had to find a local dumpster to get rid of the overflow.</p> <p>There were items that were missing from the original Contract which ended up costing me more money. One of the bathrooms was painted the wrong color which they did repaint. The project ended up taking a few days longer because they alsoforgot to stain the cabinets in the bathrooms.</p> <p>They workers did not always promptly to the job at 8:00 a.m. which resulted in my being late to work several times. </p> <p>Overall, the quality of the work was good and the guys were nice. The may have done better if they had better supervision.</p> <br />"

"Chimely Construction did an excellent job in remodeling my entire kitchen. New gorgeous cabinets with excellent details, granite counter tops, beautiful stained job. All workers were great at cleaning after every days work, and making sure that we were informed about everything they were doing made the job easier for us."
