"Unbelievable. It's like getting a brand new door. Ron replaced the glides, weatherstripping and rollers on an old aluminum sliding patio door. Ron is extremely efficient and replaced everything in about 45 minutes. The cost may seem high, but it's much cheaper than a new door and now it works like new. Absolutely worth the price paid."

"The owner , Daneil,  of Lock Genius was out of town but sent an affiiate ( who didn't work directly with him) over right away to assess our issue with door handle that would not work. The owner, Daniel was the nicest and most hard-working person I have probably ever dealt with for service/maintenance issues with our property or home. His affiliate charged $74 to assess issue and I waited a couple weeks for a call back to hear about what parts had been ordered and for a replacement but when I did not hear back I called Daniel and he went to work on it right away - the part was hard to obtain and he called may people to try to find a part but when he could not he figured out a way to use another part to work instead saving us  quite a bit of $ (replacement of door handle would have been $500-600 but in the end parts and labor by Daniel were only $174 more.) He even took a look at some othr things in our loft unit we were concerned about unrelated to the door/lock.  He was always so eager to help , kind and responsive by phone. I woudl highly recommend Daniel to anyone! <br />"

"The shutter replacement went very well and everyone was very complementary about the new shutters. The laundry area door replacement ended up nice but I had/still have concerns. The source of the concern is that the original opening the old door hung in was not square. The installer ended up using a lot of filler to make it look right. So right now everything is great. I am a little concerned about the filled area over time."

"It wasn't easy but Jose's persistence paid off. Old faucet was rusted in place and did not want to get replaced. And the old stop valves started leaking when he tried to turn them off, so Jose went beyond the call of duty to make a trip to the hardware store to get replacement parts. All this well in to the evening but he stayed until the job was done. Thank you, JL Handyman."

"They did a really good job of painting our house.  I waited about 3 months before writing this review to see how the paint was  going to hold up.  Everything still looks great.  Daniel was great to work with and his workers did a really good job.  They did great prep work before painting.  Since we waited longer to paint our house than we should have there was a lot of peeling paint on the wood window frames.  We also had a side door on the garage that I was sure was beyond repair since all the paint had been peeling for years.  They removed all the peeling paint and now the door looks great.  Lastly, we had some wood fasade on the front of our house just below the roof line that was cracked.  They filled the cracks with putty and repainted the fasade with the two colors that we picked.  For paint, they applied two coats of Benjamin Moore paint.  The base coat/primer was elastomeric paint which is supposed really good paint. <br /> They also stained two wooden gates on the sides of our house.  The gates look really great. <br /> The only two minor issues that we had were.  On one of the gates, they didn't paint a small section of the fence that was attached to the gate.  I called Daniel and he apologized and was going to schedule a day for his worker to come back out.  But I decided to just paint the section myself which took about 20 minutes.  The only other issue was that there was one small wooden window frame that you can only see if you're on the roof that wasn't stripped or painted well.  I'll probably spend about half an hour or less touching that up by my self. <br /> Overall though, considering how badly the original paint on our house was in some areas, they did a really terrific job of prepping and painting at a great price.  We would definitely recommend Innovation Painting and would hire them in the future if we have any other painting jobs. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"After speaking with the broker I was left thinking the vehicle would be delivered in FL in about 3 days or so which is how long it takes me to drive. It took a week during which I was unable to contact the company for updates during the weekend and had to extend my car rental. It was picked up in RI only one day beyond the target date. I paid an extra charge for expedited service but it turns out expedited refers to targeted pick up date; not delivery date which is in the fine print but not in telephone conversations. The driver was very careful with the car and very courteous."
