"James arrived about 20 minutes early on a Saturday morning. Less than 2 hours later he was done and I had a working door again. The opener had stripped gears and most of the springs were broke. In fact the door hadn't been opened more that a couple of times in the past few years. James did an excellent job, quickly, and although he suggested a new door, there was not the usual and quot;hard-selland quot; that I usually encounter. However, I did agree that we would be needing a new door in the near future and James stated that he would give us substantial discount when that time comes. Although $750 was a little more than I expected to pay, all-in-all I was happy with the deal. I would do business with ABC again, and I do plan on using them again when I replace the door itself.
