I was moved to action by a serious leak, in our second-floor bonus room, caused by the heavy rain and high winds we have had over the winter. I found several positive reviews online for Above it All Roofing and gave them a call. I received reply from David, their Customer Service Manager, the same day. He set an appointment to visit my house to inspect the roof and provide a quote. He inspected the Fascia boards, Soffit and Eaves looking for weather damage and wood rot. The hidden wood rot was considerable even though I paint my house when needed. I was appreciative he found it. Dave gave me a fair quote and because of his explanation of the issues and his honesty, I hired Above it All Roofing that same day. The repairs commenced within a week. The skilled four-man crew who did the job were very diligent workers and the only break they took was for lunch. They always were on time every day. I was impressed by their dedication and knowledge. Above it All Roofing deserves my highest recommendation for the very complete, quality job. I was impressed by: • Inspection of all roof wood underlayment and the replacement of any questionable panels. • Their use of two layers of felt and tar underlayment waterproof sheeting designed to insure a dry roof. • Repair of all wood rot on the roof, rafter tails, and eaves. • Saved me money by reusing the existing concrete roofing tiles and replaced all the cracked ones. Pressure washed the entire roof when finished to make the roof look like brand new. • A warranty was included for the roofing work which gave me peace of mind. I am extremely pleased with my new roof and strongly recommend Above it All Roofing, Inc. They are all about quality of materials and workmanship."

"I have a flat roof. Four years ago, in 2014, Jordan put on a new roof. I also have a mansered portion of the roof which is basically decorative and covered with shingles. They did not replace this part as it looked to still be in good condition. Last week when we had a big rain, the roof leaked into the master bedroom. I was mortified. They came out promptly and determined that part of the shingled portion of the roof which I could not see was wearing out and allowing water in. Tim took pictures so I could understand what he was telling me. He managed to glue it together such that when it happen to rain the next day, there was no more leaking. He measured the area so that the office could estimate the cost of replacing that area. He said the rest of the shingled roof could easily last 5-10 years more. Since this was not part of the roof his company had replaced and therefore guaranteed, technically he wasn’t obligated to do anything for free. But he made this repair, no charge. This is one of those rare reliable reputable companies that rarely exist anymore. It is family based with the next generation taking on more and more so it is likely to be around for many years. I will always call this company first. One other note: Initially, I was reluctant to hire them to replace my roof because they are based some distance from me and I thought if there were a problem it might be hard to get them out. In 2017, I had a bad leak in the portion of the roof over the garage. They were on it and it turned out it was due to a clogged downspout which is the homeowners responsibility. They cleared the drain nonetheless, no charge."

Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day.
