"Gary came out and measured for the job, he was very professional and had a variety of fabrics to choose from. I had a design in mind based on a picture I took at a model home for a steel framed fabric structure to sit atop our existing wood patio cover. What they created was far better then I could have imagined. The design had to be modified due to an obstruction on our stucco wall but they returned with the correction in a timely fashion and installed while we were gone. When we returned to see the finished job, I was personally amazed at how they fabricated exactly what I wanted from a two dimentional picture. Also installed a drop shade on the west side of the patio cover to give some badly needed afternoon shade. The end result was a simple wood patio cover had been transitioned into a semi-enclosed outdoor space that is perfect for entertaining and relaxing in the shade. Great customer service, craftsmanship and follow up that is hard to find in the construction trade today. Truly rare and very much appreciated. Thank you Gary and crew.

"I called them to repair our awning after it stopped working about a week ago. At first, they said my motor stopped working due to wind damage and, therefore, the warranty wouldn't be covered. But after sending 3 different teams to my house, they were honest they couldn't 100% determine it was wind damage. Therefore they honored my warranty and replaced the motor for free. I'm very impressed with how they handled this because they are a small company and this was a big cost for them to incur. I will definitely continue to use them in the future as they always do a good job and they are honorable people."

"First of all we got a fast and professional quote from Warren. He is a very knowledgeable guy, and he made some great recommendations four this project. He was super patient as our HOA took forever to approve our project, and it took us months to get everything ready for the pergola to be installed. "Aero Patio installed a patio cover for my backyard.  The initial install  went alright.  It was supposed to have a shade cloth put on which ended up taking three months to get.  I had told them it was important to me to have it to prevent the sun from heating up the back of the house.  That was frustrating. Last October, 2015, I noticed  rainwater was collecting in one of the lattice tubes and pouring out of the end. Even though two years have passed, it is still under warranty.  Contacted Steve - took two weeks to get him to come and look. Another couple of weeks came and went, but to their credit, he finally  had an employee come and fill holes with a putty ( or glue).  This repair did not work and Steve said he would need to replace that lattice tube. Have been contacting Steve since last December to come and replace the  leaking lattice tube.  Always an excuse for not coming.  Last time I spoke to him  he said he would get it repaired soon.  That was four months ago and he will no longer answer my phone calls."
