Our primary project was the repair and replacement of wood in a 38 year old large patio structure attached to our 38 year old home.This project required a change order for more wood. Also, both front and rear patios needed grouting placed around floor tiles which required a change order. A third change order was required to cover changes made to the homes interior new patio. These changes included new kitchen lighting, new faucet, drain repair and a new patio faucet. All of these change orders were made with discussion and quotes with Francesco. Thankfully, all of the work was completed with one contractor on time. "

Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California.
