"Terrible people. DO NOT USE. I had my water main line burst at my house and the folks at drain right where in the neighborhood, identified a problem, and knocked on my door. My pregnant wife was home at the time of pipe bust, but was initially unaware of the issue as water was still making it to our home. At first we thought this was a godsend, nice workers who identified an issue wanted to help, how lucky are we. They kindly shut off the water to the house and asked my pregnant wife, who was freaking out by the amount of water shooting out from burst pipe, to sign an authorization form to do work. She was so grateful someone was there to help she happily signed the slip. I was grateful someone was able to help my wife while I was at work. The problem started when I noted what she had signed.. They charged me $341 for a visual inspection. They identified the problem as a tree root that struck a pipe (which was not what in fact happened) and wrote 2 appraisals for solving the issue. The fist solution was replacing the galvanized pipe with another galvanized pipe for $7500. The second was to re reroute the sewer line to our house with copper piping, estimated at a whopping $11,300. I tried to call manager the evening of the pipe bust schedule an appointment as the water was shut off to my house. No response. In fact it took the manager a week to return my phone call to schedule the job, which I had bid out and already resolved. I was recommended a plumber to get a second opinion, and he came promptly and re-routed the sewer line with coper piping for less than half what Drain Right was asking for the job. I have been trying to dispute this invoice with Drain Right for months because its my belief they initially took advantage of my pregnant wife and there terrible service, and instead of returning my phone calls they sent my bill to a debt collection service. What horrible service by a terrible business."

"Air Tech was great. I would HIGHLY recommend. I initially had 2 other companies besides Air Tech come out for a replacement estimate. Price wise Air Tech was right in the middle but were doing a lot more than the other 2 quotes I got. For example they were changing the copper refrigeration lines, which the other 2 weren’t going to do. When I called the other 2 companies to add the lines in there was going to be an additional $1500-$2000 charge. I’m very pleased with this the work that was done by Air Tech"

"I would like to share with you how I was treated by your company. In the month of December 2016. I purchased a heating system from your company. I do live in Oxnard and I know that is quite a way for your company but I do appreciate that you did that for me. All went down as planned and the guys that came out were very nice and helpful. But then a couple of years later the heater went out so I called your office to see if the heater was under warranty and to have someone come out and fix the problem. I spoke to Susan several times. The end result was that I lived too far and that your company was very busy and that I should find another heating company in my area. She was very rude to me and had very poor customer service. I did call another heating company and the problem was fixed after another $400.00. It was a transformer that went down. Susan said to me "you liked the price, right". I said yes. She said then I would suggest you look on yelp to find another company in your area. So unprofessional. I was in shock and didn't know how to respond."
