"The guys from TV Systems showed up exactly on time, and hung the wall mount (we provided) as contracted. But, they went out of their way to help my husband with learning about our new Smart TV. We were having trouble receiving Netflix ( a must at our house after having Roku for several years!), and tried to help with that. Finally the techs asked if the password had ever been changed, and a lightbulb went off for Hubby. Yes - the Comcast guy had changed it - thanks for nothing Comcast!- and he can't find the slip of paper where the new password was wrtten.
