"Angi suggested KMC as one of the three pros after I specified the job, which was low moisture, no scent, hot water extraction. The job was challenging and a previous contractor botched it. KMC was extremely and arguably over responsive with messages on Angi and text messages from the owner, the office manager, and Yoshiko. After discussing the project's requirements with Yoshiko, she offered to send a tech the next day to measure and quote the price and details of the job. Bryan showed up within the two-hour window and was honest and professional with my questions and how to remedy some difficult food, drink, and ink stains.
