"Roy is punctual and lets you know the time he will arrive; he pays close attention to details and does quality work. He cleans up the work area at the end of his work day. After he completes my exterior stair project, I hired him to fabricate and install two small backyard fences. I will hire Arnesen Home & Design for future projects."

"Pat and his crew did an excellent job of patching and painting some holes left by electrical repair. They also painted the entire ceiling and did a good job, and were very flexible about coming in the evening and on weekends. They were fair on price as well."

"We were referred to Bayside Builders by a neighbor who had their master bathroom renovated not too long ago by this company. "We hired Erik and his team to tear out and replace the seal between our brick porch and stucco walls. Because of all the water that leaked below damaging the wood framing he replaced all that wood as well. This is a really common problem in these old San Francisco homes and if youâ re looking to hire someone to do it I would highly, highly recommend Erik. First of all heâ s licensed and insured. He is also reliable, knowledgeable, he does quality work and heâ s a super nice guy."

"The team was amazing! We had an old deck in our backyard and we hired Palm Construction to replace and extend it and they did a great work! The job was done in less than 2 weeks, Communication was great, they cared about the backyard and plants and we are so happy itâ s all ready just before summer. Highly recommended!!"

"Communication was clear, Alberto showed up on time and completed the job (including cleanup) well under the estimated time! I’d recommend him and be happy to hire him again."

"Petr and his team are amazing! We talked to several general contractors and went with Astoria Construction because of their experience, excellent work (we visited past projects in our neighborhood), and Petr’s wonderful customer service. At the start of the project, Petr assessed the situation and provided multiple options and price points for repairing or replacing our leaky siding and restoring our water damaged rooms. Once the project kicked off, the Astoria team showed up daily and worked quickly to minimize disruption. As we discovered challenges (literally under the siding), Petr was great in communicating what they found and our options. Petr was so good is letting us know when weather would impact progress and how he was prioritizing us and his other clients. We never had to chase him down and he was always responsive to our calls and texts. The final product was better than we could have hoped and in a price range we could afford. We’re so grateful for Astoria Constructions craft and care in making our home whole again. Without a doubt, I’d hire Astoria Construction again."
