"Prompt response to estimate request.  Patrick followed up email questions promptly.  Two parts to project:  new post installation for gate on one day and new gate installation on second day.   Price very reasonable compared to other estimates received.  Patrick's worker, Fausto, was very thorough and courteous.  On both days, he and other workers worked quite diligently to get things done.  They also cleaned up thoroughly.   The gate appears to be working well and we are pleased so far.   Only issue - be clearer about when work would be done.  We were surprised when Fausto showed up on a Friday, instead of when we were told - the following Monday or Tuesday.  But at least we have the gate sooner rather than later. <br />"

"Eric, the owner of the company, is an extremely conscientious professional. The first thing he did was talk me out of replacing my entire door. Even though it is 30yrs old, he told me it was not worth the money and that he could service my old door so that it would be as good as new. And that is exactly what he did. He replaced all the hardware, motor, springs, sensors, etc... Then he added more wood support (not in his original quote I might add) to shore up the frame. Then he programmed my remotes to open the gates to condo parking area as well as my door, and then programmed my cars. He took time to show me all the details of the work, and how to add more remotes to my system, and how to connect it to a wifi mobile phone app. The door works flawlessly. It closes very tightly, and it is safe and secure. Eric believes getting the job right and to the customer's satisfaction the first time is the most cost effective way of doing business. If you want it done right, he's worth every penny. Hire him."

He explained the opener in detail, showing me how to program it, proper maintenance (e.g.,where to oil the door hinges) and then operated the door. He also, at my request, attached a keypad outside the door for remote-less opening. Showed me the manual and pages relevant to my concerns. Was pleasant and professional throughout."
