Mike did a full bathroom remodel for us in 2018 and basically stated he would take care of anything for us in the future if there are any issues/failures in the work.... which sounded too good to be true. He was the most expensive of the 3 bids we had for the bathroom, but also the most confident and clear in his explanation oh how he would help us, so we went with the "premium" option and chose him. Almost 2 years after the remodel, a part of the shower door broke and it was due to the glass company Mike hired that didn't drill a piece in properly, and instead used silicone, which eventually wore away. Mike was happy to send someone in for us to properly drill, but since it was April, 2020, and just into the pandemic, my wife wasn't ready to have a stranger in the home to fix it. Mike said no worries and just to let him know when. Fast forward to Feb, 2021, and I call Mike and he sends a guy 2 days later who uses a special drill/tools to take care of the minor issue that required special tools i didn't have. If you want quality, consider Mike and MF Construction, recognizing you get what you pay for."

Abraham, the field manager, was responsive and available, flexible when plans needed to change to accommodate structural issues that we discover as the project progressed, and answered my endless questions. The workmen were always on time, courteous, and cleaned up the site every day before they left. "We first hired Oury to remodel our bathroom. He gave us a good price and was honest and fair. Oury did a fantastic job with the bathroom and helped us make design decisions and made every accommodation to make us happy. After we were so happy with the job he did, we hired him to do a complete living room and dining room and kitchen remodel. Oury had it done quickly and in budget, and again did a fantastic job with every change and request we had. We will be hiring him to do some exterior work next, I don't see us ever using a different contractor. Before hiring Oury we felt like we interviewed every contractor in town. "Called countless companies for a bathroom remodel but none compared to Western Building Solutions. I wasnt sure on the design I wanted for my bathroom so there was a lot of back and forth on ideas before finalizing the layout. FYI, most of the other companies got annoyed that I couldnt make up my mind and wouldnt pickup my calls. After a week of consulting, and 2 weeks of labor, they final product is jaw dropping. "Recently completed a 2 bathroom remodel for my parents really old home. There was no high pressure tactics to remodel to something fancy when I was looking for functionality for the remodel. The quote was very detailed so I knew exactly what made up the cost of the remodel (materials, labor and estimation for permits). There were a couple of adjustments made along the way that either I requested or were unforeseeable because of the age of the home. But I was consulted and fully aware of any changes that were going to change the quote and the increases were small and fully approved before made. Workers arrived on time, wore masks and cleaned up after themselves each day before they left. I would recommend Skyline Konstruction and plan to use them again for the next upgrade we plan to make."
