"I really can't praise David Bautista enough. He was a true professional, knew exactly what I wanted, was punctual, efficient, considerate, and completed the work in the time he estimated. I felt there was nothing he didn't know about wood floors. I'd hire him again in a moment."

"I highly recommend David and his Sunshine Flooring crew. They replaced my kitchen floor with pre-finished engineered wood flooring over the Christmas holiday. Work was excellent, communication was thorough and timely. I was impressed by the speed with which the project was done, from initial planning to final cleanup."

"They were punctual, and the floor refinishing went without a hitch. The floor now looks better than it did when it was first put in. The results were more than satisfactory. We were very happy about the whole experience. We are going to begin the floor replacement job soon. Will be glad to recommend them anytime."

"

Good - the carpet is great and they did a fantastic job on the installation. It looks wonderful.

The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for everything, including $100 a room to move and replace your furniture. That seemed like a lot. We are seniors and can't move it ourselves, and $100 for both rooms would have seemed more reasonable. But the installers were excellent - they did everything right and cleaned up after themselves nicely.

"They did a great job! the floor looks great and it only took them 3 days to complete the job. I would definitely recommend them."

"I had tile and vinyl plank installed with SW Contractors. The price was very comparable to other estimates plus they accommodated my requests to fix and add other pieces of trim and baseboard. They were able to schedule the work soon after the estimate and completed the job early. Overall, did an excellent job, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"We refinished the floors across 7 rooms and installed new floors in the kitchen and it looks fantastic! Bravo was organized, timely and delivered on great floors. They have done my own house, my sisters and now my moms!"

"Emilio and Tomas are fine craftsmen. They installed flooring in closets too. No sloppy cuts or "good enough". Also, their responsiveness was top-notch and their rice very good."
