"The price was good. They're responsiveness was good because there was a minor issue. It was mainly cosmetic. There were plastic caps that goes in the hole of the window after they put the screws through. They failed to put that. I called them, they were supposed to follow-up and they didn't follow-up. They never called me back and they never responsive to take care of that, unless they came and maybe my kids had them do it. The work was incomplete. It's really a minor thing. They're so stupid not to finish the job and they were good otherwise. They didn't get bad ratings, and I don't think the owner even knows. I called them actually six months to three months ago. I told them to come and finish up the final finishing touch of the window, which is part of their job. They never called back. I asked them to even have their owner call me. They're not responsive. The work they did was good except for this last item. I hate to give them a bad mark. They didn't follow up and have a bad reception. I'm not happy with the work because it's not fair that I gave them the full price and they didn't do a full job. Actually the workers were good. They came, they were efficient and did the job. The final touch they didn't do."

"I called him on a thurday or friday and he came out on a saturday. He is an excellent worker. I could not have asked for anyone that did a better job. He was ever so pleasant and ever so nice. He looked at the part and took it to home depot and purchased the part. He came back and fixed it right up. He is very efficient.  As a handyman he said he could do most anything. "Rob, the estimator, told us exactly what to expect depending on which options we chose, and quoted clear, easy-to-understand pricing.  Cesar and his crew of two showed up 15 minutes before the agreed start time of 9 am, helped us finish the necessary prep work and move the heavy furniture (which was not part of the job description - they were just really helpful), installed the windows and door, washed all the windows and cleaned up the workspaces, helped us move the heavy furniture back into place, and were finished by 6 pm.  Wonderful experience!  We couldn't have asked for more, and I highly recommend them.
