We were told by the other company that we would have to buy primer and paint to cover up the treated areas. Jameson's and Uriel's knowledge, customer service and professionalism are outstanding! "Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"It is a small company, but they did a very good job. They are actually going to come back as the house next door is being demolished and there are a lot of termites there. I like the fact that the principles of the company are the ones that did the service. The people I talked to and the people that did the work are the same. They provided very good service. They had to coordinate with the roofers and do the job. They were very accommodating. They were very responsive and pleasant to work with. They seemed to know what they were doing. I have not seen any termites after that. They also give two yearly inspections after they do the termite treatment. Their price was not cheaper than anybody else but I got service worth the money. They were punctual and professional."
