"Worst experience ever, had a small leak in my garage on Christmas Eve. Sent a guy over to inspect it. Somehow stepped on a fire sprinkler line and broke it completely. For some reason didn?t know how to turn off the water for over a hour and ruined 3 rooms. So it?s safe to say our Christmas was ruined. Fast forward to today. Low ball offers to try to fix our house and promises broke over and over to help us. We understand accidents happen but to be a company that can?t keep your word shows true lack of integrity?. I would stay far away from this company.. I?m adding pics to show how bad they ruined our house. Also had to fight to get a mold test done that was originally denied, could of put us in danger definitely. Also you would think a company that ruined our Christmas with family would be more willing to make it right?.."

"Would give zero stars if possible! Larry Hoang at first presented himself as an honest, reasonable man and contractor but his actions have proven this very wrong. We have two major roof leaks that will cost us thousands of dollars to fix - caused by deficient solar panel installation. He refuses to repair them, despite three independent reports from other local licensed contractors indicating the roof damage was *directly* caused by the solar panel installation. We am currently filing a formal complaint with the California State Contractors Licensing Board in an effort to get him to respond, as we cannot even get our roof fixed until he agrees to remove the panels. We hired him specifically because we wanted to support local businesses - but we sincerely regret this decision. Buyer BEWARE! This is not an honorable businessman - nor business!"

"Making a decision on a contractor for a solar power installation is not an easy or comfortable decision given the investment involved and the relative unfamiliarity of the technology for most people. I assumed there would be snags or hidden costs and I would need to have quotes from other companies but the process that American Array offered was simple, fast and efficient. When I needed some options, the costs were defined upfront and never changed at any time so in the end, there was just no need to try other companies. Communications with Kieran, Adam and Mary were very friendly and efficient. They were always fast in responding to questions. Installation was done very effectively and faster than anticipated. My original target installation date was given as July 18th but it was completed on June 28th. For the service, product and cost that they offer, I would not hesitate to recommend American Array Solar and Roofing."
