I am a jack of trades independent contractor/ handyman with 10+ years experience. I am not a licensed plumber, licensed electrician, or licensed roofer. With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

"Travis did an outstanding job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything back up and running in short order. It turned out to be that a mouse had chewed through the wire that controls the condenser fan and had also damaged another wire. Travis repaired/replaced the wires in a short amount of time and had us back up and running quickly. I was especially impressed that they dispatched a technician so quickly on a Sunday and did not charge me an upcharge for a weekend visit. I have used Lanz for furnace work, air conditioning, water heater, and sump pump repairs. I continue to be impressed with their service, pricing, responsiveness, and quality of work. "The above repair work was in-between two unsuccessful clean-out attempts by a company Dillion works with. After the clean-outs did not improve anything, one of the bosses at Dillion came out to survey the situation. He came out on a Friday morning and saw we had no drainage and said he would get back to me that morning. He got back to me late Tuesday morning with an estimate for more clean-out attempts for $275 or removal of part of a brick wall to get to the clogged plumbing to replace the pipes for around $800.00. By that time I had already called a different clean-out service who came out and successfully cleared the clog in one hour for $123.00. <br />"
