Once the leak issue was resolved I decided to give the pool a different look. Pablo and team returned and did a phenomenal job. He built a beautiful retaining wall with two waterfalls, LED lights and a pool side fire pit. It could be happier for the type of service I received. The pool looks great and the water looks amazing. "I expected the cleaning technique would be the truck-mounted negative-air vacuum process. However, Aegis uses the point of contact method, removing vent covers and inserting the vacuum. The tech was very friendly. We did a walk through to view the number of air ducts to be cleaned and to be certain all necessary furniture and items were moved to allow clear access. He cleaned all of the air vents, the furnace and the dryer vent. There was a considerable amount of debris in the air vents as we bought the house new, and the vents hadn't been cleaned to remove dirt and debris from construction. My only complaint was that the tech said we didn't need to move a chest in the hallway above which the air exchange was located. He did move it later without my knowledge or help, and explained afterwards that one of the legs of the chest broke as he re-positioned the chest.

"I am quite happy with the electrical outlet and the bathroom fan, and I would hire him back for electrical work, as I think that is his specialty. His carpentry skills aren't the greatest, but they are not bad either. The first thing I asked was for the medicine cabinet to be centered over the sink, and it is about 1 inch off. At least it is hung level, though! The other disappointment was that he reused my 28-year old hinges and door knob on the new door. Also that the door frame was not cut correctly on one side and is about 2 inches short on one side. This could have been fixed easily by cutting a small piece of the extra wood that was left in my garbage. At least the door seems to be hung properly, though, so it was not a bad job, just not the greatest for the price.
