"Went very smoothly! I did a lot of research and compared prices of several transportation companies. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. "Our experience with them was not so good. He showed up very late and used a razor blade to clean our windows. The windows were very clean, but they were so clean you could see all the razor blade scratches. We did not follow-up with that or anything. We do not have new windows. We have old windows, and we just figured it was not worth complaining. We just would not use them again. We paid a little bit more than the $119 big deal because we had some paned windows, and he told us that those panes would be extra. We paid around $30 extra. He was not on time and he did not really call to say that he was going to be late. He just showed up late."

"He is on Angie's List and that is where we got a hold of him. The overall experience was excellent. They took down all the wallboard on the walls and put up new wallboard. They repaired a wall where the previous contractor had put windows in and left the flashing on the windows so deep that they couldn’t put moulding up. They never came out to fix it, so he repaired the walls so that they matched up flush with the inside of the windows that they could be finished out. They put in a new closet in one of the bedrooms. They scraped the ceilings and added some electrical to the bedrooms’ lights in the closets. They put in new flooring and took out the old carpeting and stuff. They replaced all the doors that had been ruined by the previous contractor by painting them with a sponge brush. They put new moulding in all the bedrooms and crown moulding. They repainted the hallway because they had to take off the mouldings to replace seven doors that were facing the hall. They put back all the lighting and put moulding around all the windows and doors. We are planning on using them again next year."
