We had a bathtub overflow and take out almost the entire master bathroom, the downstairs bathroom, wood floors in a hallway, three closets downstairs and all the drywall surrounding the damage. I found Juan on this site and was immediately impressed with his knowledge and responsiveness. At first I thought he would only do drywall and paint but had him bid out the tile and floors as well. Since his prices were competitive with what the insurance offered we hired his team to do the whole job. In short, they were responsive, showed up to the job when they said they would, were respectful of our home and most of all, did quality work. If there was an issue (ie the medicine cabinet was installed off-center or one sub was doing subpar work) Juan's response was always: "no problem, we will fix it.". Juan and his team have earned our trust and respect. I've worked with contractors before and know how hard it is to find a good one. Juan and his team are the real deal and can recommend him without hesitation."

"We had Guillermo come in on pretty short notice to patch a hole in our first floor ceiling caused by a water leak from our second floor. The ceiling was drywall screwed into the original lath and plaster above, and was a nasty mess after the water had soaked it. Guillermo did a fantastic job cutting away all the damaged drywall, installing a fresh panel, and smoothing everything over so well you couldn’t even tell there was damage. He also pulled out an attached shelf in a different room and patched that for painting, and touched up a few other spots so the paint job would be as good as it can be. He did fantastic work, was quick, kept everything clean, and was very reasonable. He also recommended a fantastic painter (Scott at Mastercraft Interiors). I would absolutely recommend Guillermo."

"I needed drywall installed before I could install a new water heater. The old one broke, and the technician wouldn't install the new one unless there was a wall behind it. I called about 20 drywall contractors (we are really missing our hot water). Needless to say, it was somewhat of an emergency. Because of his many years of experience, Mike is able to offer solid opinions and alternatives when needed. He has good communication skills and constantly kept us abreast of any issues and of his progress. When a problem (like a vendor error) arose, instead of getting frustrated or upset, Mike was there with good solutions. At the end of each work day he cleaned the areas where he worked. His even temperament and great sense of humor made the entire remodeling process a whole lot easier to manage."

Moses and his team remodeled our 3.5 bathrooms and reconfigured and remodeled the first floor to crate one large open space ( kitchen family room and dinning and formal living room ) . We love to entertain and so our request was to create indoor/outdoor living which HomeTech did by installing large nana doors in our kitchen / family room . The design and construction went pretty smoothly, however, the waiting for permits was quite lengthy. We were lucky enough with material delivery as everything was planned well and there were no significant delays that would effect projected time line.
