"IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."

"The entire experience was great. The contractor provided me with the large fan of colors for two different manufacturers. In addition, I had picked up paint chips from a variety of sources. He assisted me in selecting colors and making decisions about finishes, walls that should receive color, and those that should stay neutral. I wound up with eleven different colors on the walls. He arrived on time, and cleaned up at the end of each day so that I was not stumbling over painting tools and supplies during the few days that it took to finish the job. The quality of the work is excellent. The contractor took care of all wall prep (which was a bit of a challenge in my home, I have lots of pictures hanging on the walls!), made suggestions on finishes, trim, etc. I'm presently in the processing of changing the furnishings in my family room, and have contacted him to get put on his schedule."

They covered my bedroom so the dust won't get inside and at the same time they convert for my dad the garage (they turned the garage into a studio apartment cute) - Adam was the project manager and personally arranged the furniture back exactly as they were when the everything was done.  he devoted unlimited time to work with us and was very professional. We bought a solid wood cabinets and my father thought he could install them himself - and in the end almost destroyed them
