"We received quotes from 3 different contractors. We chose GAXL because it's close to Newark and I like how Jose explains everything in detail. Originally we thought the remodeling would take 4 weeks but it took close 6 weeks. The whole project was great, the craftsmanship was superb. At one point, we found some tiles that are not very nice (from the manufacturer) and we asked them to redo the bathroom wall. They don't complain and understand our request. The workers are great, especially Marvin and this other guy (forgot his name). They WORK very very hard from 8a to 6p everyday. Jose is on time and is very prompt in returning calls or text. In fact he's the only contractor who's very prompt and I like that! On one of the walls they discovered a mold due to rain leaking and they're able to fix it in 4 days which is great. Jose and his son pickup the materials from the suppliers and drop them in our house. Overall, Jose and his men are courteous. I will definitely use GAXL for future remodeling."

There was an issue with the shower door that we ordered at the last minute. But they figured out the solution so completed by following week. Ben kept us in the loop with messages and calls. "I contracted this company to install a new HVAC system at my property in Newark, CA, back in June 2024. This is my first such project and I needed a licensed company to help manage the entire installation, including getting all the relevant permits from Newark city's building inspection department. I have since been frustrated dealing with this company and my project has been stalled for over 2 months now. First, the company went ahead and started the installation process WITHOUT securing the right permits from the city. When we received a STOP WORK notice due to this, the project manager has been only giving me excuses on why there's been delays. When I enquired myself calling up the city, I found out that they have not received the necessary documentation from the HVAC company for over 4 weeks! My repeated follow ups with my direct project manager have not made any impact. Trying to find senior management of this firm to escalate is also nearly impossible! I will advise against working with this fraud company."
