"Rick came over and addressed each and every issue that had been raised by the other contractor. He said none of these concerns interfered with the safety or integrity of our roof, and explained everything in a way that a layperson such as me would understand. In short, Rick said our roof is in great shape and doesn’t need to have anything done at all. He could have simply agreed with the other contractor and racked up more business for himself if he had wanted to do so; instead he didn’t charge me a cent for his time and effort although I would have been very happy to pay for the peace of mind he gave me. I’m happy to recommend RC Roofing for anyone who needs to get an honest expert opinion."

"Rudy gave us an estimate that was very competitive and much more comprehensive than the other estimates we received. He made sure there would be nothing unexpected or any unwelcome surprises. This was a big job on a house that the roof had been long neglected. There was a lot of wood repair that had to be done before the new roof could go on. This included both the house and a wooden patio cover. Wood replacement was the bulk of the cost. Both Rudy, and Tito, the job foreman, made suggestions along the way on things we could consider to help defray some of the costs at the same time making the house look really good. The crew showed up each day on time, were respectful of the property, cleaned up each day before departing, and all in all were always professional. The roof replacement included a lot of skylights (13 including the patio). We were opting for the cheaper “big box store” white skylights. Rudy had me look at an amber custom skylight in comparison and we ended up going with those. Night and day difference. They look so good and we are so thankful for his recommendation. (The company made nothing on the skylights, just made sure they had a very happy customer.) Yes, it cost a little more, but not that much and the visual difference is incredible! So pleased with the overall job. I highly recommend Sequoia Roofing for your roofing job!"

"Great job, repaired a leak that was coming from the roof. No more leak."

"To reiterate other reviews, Fidel and his team did a great job on the repairs to my concrete tile roof. He was upfront about the costs and offered me a better rate than his competition. Repairs were made quickly and efficiently. I would definitely consider hiring them again for any of my future roof repairs."

"Zenith Roofing Services is a top-quality organization, extremely ethical and with highly qualified and professional employees. I called them to repair a small area of our tile roof and after removing some tiles and inspecting the tile underlayment in a limited area they provided a bid for both the repair work and a lift and replacement of a new two layers of underlayment. We elected to replace the underlayment on the entire roof as the existing paper is 30 years old as showed signs of cracking. The crew showed up each day at 8:00 am and before the end of the day swept the perimeter of the house and remove everything that may have fallen from the roof. I could not be more please with the job Zenith Roofing Services provided. John H Davies"

"I had a small roof leak. I got a few estimates, Excaliber was the lowest although they had a disclaimer that the bill could be higher if they found wood rot. They did find a small amount and there was a small extra charge but I think it was fair. I would definitely use them again after some bad past experiences with roofers, it's nice to find an honest and professional company."

"This company succeeded where another failed. New Generation Roof Systems replied promptly, assessed the situation accurately, provide the repair for a reasonable fee, and completed the repair beautifully. They were polite, respectful, and transparent. I highly recommend them and will have them replace my garage roof, too."

"I called the expert team of hometown restoration to replace my old roof as the rainy season was coming, and I wanted to avoid those leakages on my roof. Irritating! But searching for the ideal team to repair my roof was more than annoying. My friend recently took the service of hometown restoration to fix their roof issues and got a fantastic output. So, I decided to call their experts and speak about all the problems I was facing. Firstly, they inspected the roof condition and then suggested to us the most efficient and reliable solution. It was a good suggestion, and we received a high-quality shingle. If we needed roofing again on our house, I would call them! Truly a great experience to work with them!"

"Incredibly smooth the whole way with A-1 Roofing. I was the neurotic customer who questioned everything because three years ago when I hired my first big contractor, I got swindled out of $9000 extra on a $5,500 job with a mechanics lien that the contractor threw at me a month after I paid the final bill. I was very untrusting of any contractor at this point so before I hired my second one I did my homework by studying Angies List and the Better Business Bureau. I found A-1 Roofing as one of my 5 estimates that I got before getting started. A-1 was one of the top 5 on Angies List but so were a few others. What made me choose A-1 Roofing was that asked them if they would accept another roofing contractors coupon that I saw on Angies List. Without hesitation Albert Apodaca knocked $400.00 off his price which was already the lowest but he did not know that. In addition, his charge for materials & labor were the cheapest for any extra work that needed to be done that could not be seen in the estimate. I knew the roof was terribly bad and that there was going to be unseen problems so I took note of those charges in the original contract compared to the others. The roof was completely done in two days. Amazingly fast considering how bad the roof really was...see my pics and you know what I'm talking about. A-1 Roofing also did not bother to charge me anything up front. The roof was put on and I had not paid him a dime yet. I did pay him quickly after the roof was put on right smack in the middle of Christmas week too, but I held back $1,500 in order to take care my the driveway that got smashed up by a big truck. Without hesitation Albert wrote up a knew contract saying the $1500 would be paid after the driveway got fixed. About two weeks later I had a brand new driveway to go along with my brand new roof. I immediately paid A-1 Roofing and thanked them 1000 times. Great work guys! Incredible, really."
