Then Anthony came out to do a furnace tune-up (using an Angie's List coupon). Then Tim and his crew came out to do the A/C install. All the experiences were professional and very well done. None of them tried to upsell me on useless things. They all gave good advice and explained things clearly. The A/C install uncovered a few surprises, naturally, like any older home. But they took care of it even if they had to spend extra time and perform extra services. They really went the extra mile without incurring new charges or inconvenience to the customer. "Kitchen sink backed up. Called 4 companies and chose Swift. Didn't know but they are a family owned company where I'd rather have my money go. Talked to Mike who said he could be there today. I called him back and he arrived at 4:20 pm. It took less than an hour for him to snake the drain then again with a chain to get the grease out. He snaked it 40 feet into the drain pipe, cleaned everything up and was out the door. Highly recommend Swift, small company, family owned. Great job Swift!!"
