"They are prompt, friendly and professional. Great attention to detail and they go beyond whatâ s expected. I will gladly recommend them to family and friends and anyone looking for tremendous service for their roofing needs!"

"These guys estimated that my project calling for stucco repair and painting of 3192 sq ft, two-story walls under roof and a perhaps, 65-yard wraparound wall would take two days; this proved incorrect as it took only ONE day, more specifically, seven hours. This family-owned and operated company had five guys descend on our residence and performed professionally if not brilliantly. They tell you what they’re going to do, and do it for a fair price (got four other quotes and S & H was in the middle but the others - not unreasonably - estimated five work days). Beyond timeliness and price, the paint job was precise and clean up was superb. Strongly recommend them on a painting project…."

"Went great Had some problems but items where fixed the same day"

"Daniel and Sons Roofing was fast and efficient in replacing my roof. Done in less than 2 days. George was able to have his crew start on my roof within a couple days of signing the contract. It took them one day to tear off 2 layers and replace some trim boards. It only took them 3/4 of the next day to put the new shingles and flashing on. They also did a good job cleaning up as they went along and afterwards. They were very careful to not allow any debris in my pool."

"Prior to the work we received Trades Unlimited did a roof inspection and described in full detail the work that needed to be done. The work proceeded on schedule and was delayed only by a day of rain. The supervisor on the job (Rick Riccardo) kept me up to date daily on the progress. We have a 3 car garage and only one side needed to be kept free for the work. They performed a cleanup of debris at the end of each day. After completion of the work, there was a final inspection which found no issues. The job was completed for the agreed upon cost, with no additional charges incurred."

"480 Roofing worked on my parents’ home roof repairs & they did an excellent job. They are efficient, detail oriented & precise. They went above & beyond to make sure that everything was done correctly & answered any questions my parents had. Irving is very knowledgeable & an expert in the roofing industry. No issues to this day on the work performed. Would 100% recommend."

"The roof on my house received wind damage from a very windy storm. 1st contractor didn't show to do the job when he said he would! Called Scott (Field Manager) w/Beach Ventures 5 hours after the "No show" and he was able to show up to the job site THAT DAY! He saw the roof was exposed to the elements so he went to Walmart to buy some tarps to cover it until his crew could do the job. It seemed to me , that he was more concerned about the roof being exposed and wanting to protect it, then he was about winning the bid! VERY IMPRESSED! He was here from 4:PM till 6:30PM. When he left, I had the roof protected along with a written estimate of the work. Compared to the other quotes I got, the quote was in the middle of the pack. Scott stayed in contact with me for the scheduling which was two days off. The very next day the owner of the company, Zane, showed up to evaluate the job to see what would be needed. His crew showed up the next day, earlier than expected and started on the job immediately. They even continued there work during a down poor of rain! A bit latter, Zane (the 0wner) showed up and got up on the roof with his crew until the job was completed! He even looked at the entire roof and replace a few other broken tile. It is very rare to come across a contractor and crew that are so dedicated to, not only their work, but to their customer. Scott and Zane both, exhibited a concern for the repair as if it was their own house! I couldn't be more pleased with their concern, efforts, craftsmanship, and diligence! I'll never use anyone else again!"

"John and his team led by Elvis provided excellent customer service. The repairs to the flat roof and garage were done to perfection. The crew repaired all of the leaks and worked under extreme heat and rain storms. We are very pleased with the service and the extra care taken with our home repair. John and Elvis both explained all of the steps and services included both prior to the work and during the installation. The price was excellent and competitive with others that we received. The area was left clean upon completion. We plan to use AST Roofing for our next next roof repair and other home projects."

"Being rainy season work had to be at a slower rate. Roofers stayed working sometimes in the rain. The managers were efficient and friendly. Very professional and used top grade materials. Always responded immediately to answer any questions or needs we had. Highly recommend Ace Roofing for roofing services."

"I feel like it was not a good deal. They told me I needed a new roof. They were professional and took pictures. But, I can get any company to come out and tell me that I need a new roof for free. Most places don't charge for estimates. I felt like it was an honest evaluation, but I didn't get much for my money. It was a little misleading. I thought they would replace some cracked tiles or make minor repairs. It was only an inspection, not an actual tune-up."
