"Angelo showed up and after showing him the work said he had to call his manager. He then had a ridiculous list of individual costs wanting $10,000 to complete the setup. Moreover, he then claimed he only did cost quotas yet in his van was all the equipment to complete my job. These guys are not honest and it is all about the money. Especially in summer. Another company came out and did the job for $600!!! The next day!!! Avoid these Anderson con artists. They act like this is the most difficult thing in the world. I travel a lot. These units are all over the world by the 100 thousands--just in Athens alone I saw every high rise apartment and houses with them. Not rocket science but granted it takes a trained technician to install refrigerant. It took 2 hours to complete. Angelo spent an hour on this call and 15 minutes trying to BS me why he could not do it. Upscale neighborhood--let's bid this 10 times what is reasonable."

They recently remodeled two of our bathrooms, which also included knocking a couple of walls to reconfigure the layout on our second floor. We have already recommended them to so many people! From the start, they were highly professional, showing up exactly when they said they would, fully prepared. They promise a particular timeline, and unlike so many other contractors, they actually stuck to it 100%. Really! They have their system completely worked out, so that every piece of the puzzle is accounted for before they start their work. Every person we worked with - including Matt our designer and Lance - was communicative, friendly, skilled, and professional. "The quote to install a sink was extremely high - over $1000. This is maybe a 2 hour job, and I had all of the parts needed except maybe an extra foot of PVC. I'm sorry, but I can't see paying anywhere close to $500/hr for this. This is gouging, I recommend staying away."

"Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus"
