"We asked Al to come out and see about repairing a bamboo floor, but there was no way to save it. Al talked us through about the reasoning. We then hired them to remove the floor and put in a new floor. The floor installer was quick and did a lovely job, considering the previous floor had been glued down, not floated like our new floor. Al came by to check on the project several times, and we were very happy with the result!"

"E & E Flooring did a great job installing tile to match existing tile in our home! They were punctual, paid attention to detail, and left the site very clean over the 2 days of installation. Very satisfied and highly recommend their services!"

"Maria found an LVP that matched my other flooring. Installation was done in a day. I would highly recommend this company. They're very professional and knowledgeable about the floors they install."

"The sales process went great (they really want your $$). Installation process not so great. There is a definite lack of communication between the installers and installation coordinator. We were given a 2 hr window for the installers to show. I was given that window 4 minutes before it started. Installers did not show up in the window. I reached out to the coordinator who was slow to respond. Told me the installers had a van problem and were on their way. In the meantime my husband reached out to the salesperson since he told us if we had issues to contact him and he would help resolve. It took him at least an hour to respond. Installers finally showed up 2 hours after the window ended. They were great. Very professional and while I do not speak Spanish my husband does so he was able to communicate with them. The job was done but as we put things away noticed there is a gap in the padding that will cause unnecessary wear. And now they have to come back to fix it."

"We recently had tile installed and could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding — professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The craftsmanship and quality of the installation truly exceeded our expectations. The tile layout came out perfect, the cuts were clean and precise, and the finished product completely transformed the space. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality tile work done right the first time!"
