He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. Michael returned my call immediately and was able to come out to my house and deliver an estimate in a couple days.  He was the cheapest of the contractors by about 25%.  We was ready to work the following week.
Michael was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable.  He called every day to give an update and a status report on the project. After the first day of scraping, I noticed that the cleanup was OK, but some was left over.  Michael took care of it the next morning and I didn't have any other issues.
The painting was done reasonably quickly (there was a rain scare), and it was thorough and looked great.  I would use Michael again for any project, and encourage others to add him to your list when bidding a project out.
