At 2:00 PM Drew Moeaki arrived, reviewed the cost and procedures, and got to work. Drew was fast, detailed, neat, and professional. He definitely knew the meaning of customer service and high quality work. By 4:00 PM we had hot water once again. I highly recommend Water Heaters Only if you need a water heater replacement, and, if you are lucky, Drew will do the work for you. (I do not remember the name of the fellow that did the work for me in Fremont, but, I remember that he gave the same quality work and service. That is why I called them again, so, I am sure any technician at Water Heaters Only would give the same quality performance.)"

"What a great experience! After moving, my dryer started overheating, was not venting properly and kept shutting off. Mark arrived after a call from his office alerting me that he was on the way. Within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. Without even asking (or expecting!), he reconnected the dryer vent which we had unconnected to see if we could fix the problem. After noting that we had recently moved into the house, he checked out our kitchen appliances and gave me all the and quot;do's and don'tsand quot; for everything. Price was so reasonable.
