He figured out what needed to be done and gave me an estimate which was within the range mentioned and started working. It took an hour to complete. Rolando went over what was done and why. I was extremely impressed with Rolando, he was courteous, informative and did a great job installing the water heater and bringing everything up to code. "I normally don't call for help. I am the type of person who would try to fix things myself before I seek for help. Almost a month ago when my old tankless water heater kept giving me error code and with no hot water. I tried two weeks of either fixing it by watching Youtube or have other plumbers come over to take a look at the issue. None of them were able to help me resolve my tankless water issue. After countless hours of debugging and process of elimination with the technical support person from the water heater manufacturer, the issue was finally resolved due to a defect ignition rod from the manufacturer.
