Several times, throughout this project, I though we had hit a roadblock and that I would not get the result I wanted; however, Felipe always came through with a solution that either met or exceeded my expectations! Felipe pays close attention to details to make sure that I am a happy and satisfied customer, and he will go through incredible lengths to achieve that successful result. For example, we had difficulty finding the security doors I wanted and the replacement tiles I needed. I was at the point of giving up, but Felipe persevered and the end result was extraordinary!!! "OUTSTANDING! With just 2 days notice, Joe sent one of his outstanding staff members (Mikey) to fix the hole I made in our ceiling. The repair job was done so well that it's almost impossible to see where I almost fell through from the attic. During Mikey's ceiling repair visit I asked Joe to give us a quote for the outside valve replacement and plumbing box installation project. The price was so good (almost half the amount quoted by another company) we asked them to handle this as well. This project was not only handled quickly, Mikey upgraded the setup for better access. He even colored the new concrete to match our existing patio area where the valve box needed to be installed."
