"It was a trying experience. It was hard to get them to call back and when they did call back, it was hard to get them scheduled and get them to show up. We spent a couple of months trying to get them to show up. They have an answering machine instead of a live person answering the phone. It wasn't easy. When they did show up, they did do the job. They did good work, but it was hard to get them here. We have a gutter cover because of the pine trees and they dislodged one of those and we had to get the gutter people to come out and reinstall it. They were not real careful, but the roof itself is good and it doesn't leak. We called a couple of other companies and they were right in the middle."

"Roof was completed, and is good. However communication was not great- the project manager did not communicate the schedule or say when they would show up on day 1, or what the schedule for the week was. They moved fast and broke things- landscape lights, shingles flung everywhere, plants crushed, tar marks on many painted white surfaces (pergola, siding, trim, etc). Wrong drip edge color was installed (I was the one to catch that). Despite clear milestones in the contract, they asked for payment for demolition portion before demo was complete, asked for payment for materials before materials were delivered, project manager was aloof, did not reliably show up to site, and was unaware of details and had poor control over the 100% Spanish speaking crew. They missed demolition of a portion of roof that I had to point out to them- again poor attention to detail and quality control. When they made mistakes, they generally attempted to fix, but I would expect better from the get go."
