"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price.
