His attentiveness made a huge difference throughout the project, and we felt reassured every step of the way. Esteban Ibarra, a crewmember on the lift team, also did superb work, handling the hands-on details with skill and care. Both Kevin and Esteban even went above and beyond, taking time to fix a jammed bedroom door that had shifted with the house lift. "The company called us the day after the earthquake, offering to come and do a free check in the crawlspace to be sure there is no damage or places needing repair in the liner after the quake. I phoned them yesterday to make the appointment and they came out today. And there is no damage or repairs needed, and the liner held up, still attached to the foundation cement stones and pillars. I felt this was very thoughtful of them to remember us. Since we installed the product a year ago, they have helped us feel comfortable that the product is doing what it is supposed to do. They also came out during the rains (however brief) in late February and checked that everything was still dry (not that we had flooding or ground water tables rise, but we were concerned that rain might have been coming in from the side vents in the house siding to the crawlspace). It was dry and everything looked good, so we determined that no more work was necessary to close up the house's side vents. That was money and time saved. ...Professional company and good people.
