They were not the least expensive (in the top 4) of total cost, but their gallery photos, ratings, and reputation was unexcelled, in our evaluation. "I cannot overstate how happy I am with Ron and his great team from Babylon Builders. I had a dream to have a greenhouse built with a hot tub inside. I was looking for an oasis and a natural garden under one roof. I searched and interviewed many contractors and I at one point thought this idea could not materialize as there were discussions from other contractors who did not seem to get the feel and flow or vision of what I was trying to capture. In addition to the build, the placement of the greenhouse had to be attached to my balcony. They were very efficient, creative, and neat in their cleanup every day which was so important to me. "I have been contacted with GoodFellas via message and many phone calls. During our conversations I have been very specific about the project (in both Angieslist messages and phone calls). However, It has been a very bad experience communicating with them. They first rescheduled our appointment and I was patient and supportive at the time. Until today, right on the day of the rescheduled appointment, I was called by Selina that they do not do bedroom remodeling and therefore had to cancelled the rescheduled appointment. Because I stated my project very specifically during our previous communications, I felt that they were lying about that they "only do bathroom and kitchen remodeling" and used that as an excuse to pick jobs that are more profitable to them at the very last moment."

"Javier, Jose and Victor have done several remodeling projects at my house from two full bathroom remodels and a kitchen remodel that were total gut jobs. I’ve also had them create a tray ceiling in my primary bedroom and completely demolish and rebuild a fireplace facade. These guys work fast. They always show up early and keep a “clean” construction site. I think they are great contractors for the knowledgeable homeowner that has the design vision, knows what they want and is willing to be the “project manager”. As the homeowner I picked out and bought all the finishing touches and had them ready for the guys. After the work day was done I would inspect their work and take stock of any questions, concerns, or changes that I wanted to go over with them the next morning before they started work. Communication was always easy and they were always receptive. I definitely recommend these guys and would definitely use them again on future projects."
