I did my research and knew that this was a possibility due to the age of the handle. Aris first came on a Friday soon after making the request. After the assessment, and the recommendation to replace the internal pipe to a rotating handle, he was able to return early Saturday to finish the job. All in all, I have to say Aris was great in the way he explained the work and the timeliness of getting it done. I would definitely call again if any future plumbing issues come up."
