However the results also are beautiful and a very nice addition. Project took longer and cost more than estimated due to unanticipated gotcha's encountered as the work progressed. Such gotcha's are a fact of life with remodeling, and anyone contemplating a similar project ought to be prepared for them. Otherwise, the project went quite smoothly. "Ben did the winter furnace/swampcooler switch over for the second year. He did an excellent and thorough job, completed all the function tests in a clean and efficient manner. I will be calling again in the spring. As a cautionary tale, I had a handyman do the switch over in the spring, and he actually caused some damage that will cost more than what I paid for Anderson. Costs was reasonable and selected them for work. I am not only satisfied which the product but also the work. When I had concerns on some patch work on roof where old swamp cooler was Al had it addressed immediately. This was a stressful time for my as I was out of town and needed a replacement since old system had caused water leak and cave in. All work was taken care of."
