"We have been a customer of Preventive Pest Control (PPC) for over 10 years now. The technician that usually services our area, Steve, is great. Our standard service is every other month however, if we notice a problem with ants or any other pest issue in between the regular service, PPC will come out at their next opportunity at no extra charge and target the particular pest complaint. This has been especially useful when the ants start to come back in the warmer weather. Since we've been a long term customer, Steve knows exactly where the problem areas are in our yard and treats them proactively. Preventive Pest Control
is a customer-service oriented company. In 10 years I've never had an issue or complaint with Preventive Pest Control's
service and I enthusiastically recommend them.

"Well...after my review posted, the owner (Mike) called me to express his distress and to ask if he could offer a do-over.  My neighbor said OK, and the crew arrived IMMEDIATELY.  My neighbor's yard looks wonderful and she is totally pleased.  Because she is happy, so am I.  I learned two lessons: (1) contact the company before posting a review; (2) service providers really care about their ratings on Angie's List.  Will I use this company again?  You bet.  Will I continue to subscribe to Angie's List? Absolutely!
