"Working with Olalde was a great experience. They’ve been very communicative, hardworking and punctual. They did an entire home remodel for us. We’re awaiting permits to build an ADU and a porch on the front house, and will be utilizing them for those builds as well. The Project Manager makes conversations very comfortable. They drew things they didn't need to draw, took weeks longer than expected, missed and changed deadline dates, wouldn't refund the "expedited" timeline fee, would sometimes not reply or respond.
