"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Lee and Dave were both professional and on time. They were very detailed in the prep work needed to protect the ceiling, the floor, the walls, granite, etc. in my home. The kitchen cabinets now look brand new. Their attention to detail was most appreciated. I would use Lee again for any future painting needs. I also appreciated the fact that it took maybe one day longer than what was anticipated because Lee wanted to repaint the upper doors on the cabinets. I offered to pay him 90% for the job since it was going to take one day longer (paying the remainder when job was finished) and he said No, he wanted to make sure I was happy with the job before I wrote the check for the total job. "Wow, what a difference! Our walls were a hot mess before Jud and Luke came to town. The previous owners attempted faux painting in two rooms, and there were years of bad repairs. Not to mention all the damage from removing crown molding. Artistry Painting took it from gross to stunning. They even rented a special piece of equipment to reduce the sanding dust since we had so many repairs. Their painting is clean and sharp, and their wallpaper work is top notch. They bent over backwards trying to please me. I would most definitely hire them again.

"Went well, was very pleased with work, he developed an illness while working (sinus infection or bronchitis something of that sort) plus his help quit arriving, so it was just him, he pushed through and completed the project, my only complaint would be he did get in a bit of a rush and a few things were missed that I corrected after he was done but again he was ill, his help quit showing and it was HOT!!! He framed an 8 feet deep 44 feet wide and 64 feet long wrap around porch in a week! Fred was a great guy and would hire again"
