"My mother hired Comfort Cover Systems to replace the roof on her home in Sarasota after Hurricane Milton. While the roof replacement itself was completed, their workers caused significant damage to the lanai carport roof by walking on it, which resulted in buckling and structural issues. Despite multiple follow-ups and visits from their representatives, their proposed "solution" is completely inadequate. They cut off protruding screws and offered to paint over the damage, but this does nothing to fix the underlying structural issues or the buckling they caused.
