Apparently services were ended without any Notice / Communication - Not a Good Business Practice! Problems: Terrible COMMUNICATION! Supposed to service pool Friday?s. Pool had 5 Algae Blooms! Service days changed without notice & even skipped service. We left gate open for Service & Legacy Doesn?t show. Safety Issue / Liability! Service was Maintenance & Chemicals and any mechanical issues; I pay only for Parts. Halfway through Season changed to I need to buy Chemicals; now for repairs, there?s a Labor Charge. I think I deserved to be treated with Dignity & Respect. They just STOPPED Coming! Very Disappointed! "
