"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

His employees are excellent workers and did a great job. He had suggestions as to color and installing a ridge vent which improved both the look and functionality of the house. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

He checked every possibility before he cut the existing sheetrock and found the problem. He repaired the outlet and the sheetrock.
