"I would highly recommend this firm. They were professional in all aspects of the work. The roofers also found a soft spot on the roof, they asked if I would let them into the attic, which I did after they told me about the soft spot. One of the trusses was broken. The lead roofer said they could repair it the next day (as when they found the soft spot) it was around 5:00 p.m. when they discovered it. The truss was repaired, pictures were taken and a video as well. I submitted this to the insurance company. All in all they did an excellent job. I have already recommended them to friends."

He's going to give an estimate to repair and some of the skylight covers. He seemed very honest to me, so will probably hire them. I don't want to have anything to do with Invigorate roofing. So this will be coming out of my pocket. Since Invigorate roofing never addressed my concerns and insurance company paid them. I'll probably never hear from them again."

Zach gave an estimate so far below any other roofer for what he offered that I was skeptical, especially since I live in Santa Fe and Belding Industries is in Albuquerque. Besides installing a new TPO roof, they included new steel facia coverings, a 15 year warranty on the new roof, and a renewal and sealing of the remainder of my roof (about 2,000 sq.ft. of metal propanel) with a 5 year warranty, all for less than any other bid for far less roofing. I am feeling very happy and pleased with my new roof from Belding."
