We met with sales rep Jose Luna, who conducted a thorough inspection and found the leak easily. His presentation about the company and how they do their work was impressive and Jose was very professional. The meeting included a video that Jose shot while on our roof in which he explained not just the issues that were found but WHY the work was needed. He patiently answered all our questions and never pressured us into agreeing to anything. It's our money, it's our decision, he said. After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. Their emails often include the signature, "The Team at Vaillancourt Roofing" and it's obvious that they truly are a team. He asked if I wanted him to check my chimney and oh my it was gross dirty with moss and areas where cement feel.out. He fixed it and it looks incredible 😲 Asked him to help with moss and mildew on shed and he has done one treatment and will be back to repeat. He didn't pressure me but asked if I might want to finish reminder of flat roof with the rolled roofing then I would not have to think about it for years. "I have an interlocking shingle metal roof that needed a new vent pipe boot put on it by someone specially trained to work on this kind of roof. After other roofers had previously come by only to say they were not able to work on this kind of roof, Anthony and Aaron from Tar Star came by within an hour of my request for an estimate. They quoted me a fair price (better than other quotes I got) and best of all, they knew what they were doing and special ordered the right boot and put it on the very next morning. "We discovered that the roof on our house was leaking. I called Sean at Scott Roofing service on Saturday. We had used them 2-years ago for another roofing project. I received a quote the very next day and was on the schedule for the upcoming Wednesday. The work crew was very friendly and completed the roof the same day. The quality of the materials and workmanship was at the highest levels. The work area was thoroughly cleaned to better than when they started. The dumpster driver was very friendly as well. Derek and his wife Christine and their fabulous hard working team arrived on time each day, barely took breaks, worked after dark in New Hampshire's late fall, all the while removing the existing roof and replacing it, as well a repairing things along the way. Two chimneys were re leaded, three skylights replaced, rotted facias and soffits removed and replaced as needed. Everything efficiently hauled away in a dumpster. The shrubbery was protected with tarps, any stray nails were removed. Lots of attention to detail, excellent communication, prompt answers. Highly recommended!"
