The quality was exceptional and it even looks like real wood even though it was vinyl. It's nice to have an easy opening sliding window as opposed to cranking casement window. I'm pleased."

"Everything went very well. We sent Michael pictures of what needed to be done. He gave us a quote. We later asked him to come onsite to firm up the quote, which he did, and the price was the same. He started the work, even without a deposit, since it was short notice, and we were still away, out of town. He checked a hardware store for us, sent us pictures, and then sent us the part number/SKU's from the store. We paid the store directly, and he picked up the materials. The work is almost done, but all has gone great thus far, and we see no reason why it won't complete with great success."
