"Our sewer line needed clearing or replacement. Our service request was taken accurately by phone, and Chad arrived at our house promptly within the promised timeframe, with a courtesy call 30 minutes ahead. After diagnosing the blockage with a line camera, we were advised of our options, and chose replacement of the decades old terracotta section of the line. The 3 person crew of Chad, Tyler and Tim, and the necessary equipment arrived at our house on the morning as scheduled. The excavation, line replacement, trench refilling and compaction, and surface dressing were completed in less than one day as estimated by Chad, and the total charge was in the mid-range of the quote. All-in-all, a very professional job brought in on time and within budget. Thanks, guys."

"Headlines: Outstanding quality, great people, highly respectful of us and our home, complete restoration to “as before” condition, COVID Protocol, fair price. Recently, we needed to undertake a whole-house re-piping project for our home. Our original copper pipes had deteriorated over the years to the point where we experienced ~7 pinhole leaks either in walls, ceilings or open spaces scattered throughout the house. We finally bit the bullet, did extensive online research, and started contacts with plumbers. We had initial conversations with up to 8 firms and in-home interviews with 4, followed up by various telephone clarifications as we got smarter (more informed) during the process. We learned quickly that a major differentiator between firms was their preferred choice of materials for piping, fittings, crimps and fasteners. This side-tracked us into research, references and other conversations regarding CPVC, PEX (A, B and C) and Legend HyperPure pipe materials. We selected Atlantis Plumbing, LLC of Dallas, GA. for our project, now completed, for multiple reasons including: • Materials recommendation (we chose HyperPure) • Guarantees • Separate staff for Plumbing vs Restoration activity • Ability to customize Contract to our requests • Flexible scheduling for Start • Mandated COVID prevention protocols • Experience • Pricing in line with other options • Pleasant to deal with and inspired confidence We have no regrets. Our Plumbing team of Jackie and Barry were outstanding. They always called prior to arrival. They set expectations with us daily. We always had full water service restored at night and most of the days too. They first spent time investigating the existing plumbing system, cutting inspection holes as needed and developing a strategy/plan for the new pipes, with the goal of minimizing the number of holes in the house. They also dealt with challenges as they occurred, including a tricky tile cut through the grout in the master shower while preserving the tiles that were removed. They cleaned up daily and were respectful of our home. We developed a nice rapport and appreciated their work. On the restoration side, JC was equally outstanding, as this is where you hold your breath and hope it all comes back together – and it certainly did. JC was masterful at the drywall/tape/mud restoration, but also dealing with the other items disturbed by the project such as tiles, beadboard, vents, tub panel, etc. He is a true craftsman with attention to detail and quality and does most of his work by hand. He, also, avoided dust and mess as much as possible and cleaned up daily too. It probably helped that we were able to provide all the original paints [~10] except for one, but he was a master at blending in the paint of the restored surfaces with the unaffected portions, truly, “like it never happened”. We would recommend Atlantis Plumbing to anyone facing a similar major project. We will call on Atlantis as needed for any future plumbing problems."

"Made appointment for next morning and plumber showed up on time and cleared up the slow/clogged drain. Quoted a price which was about what I expected and went right to work. Have used the washer now for a couple days and everything is working well. I would hire him to do more work for me if I needed a plumber."

"I live in an area where there is a limited number of qualified hvac companies. I've had several companies diagnose the hvac and air quality problems we have been having and get contradictory information and differing opinions on what to do, if anything. Feeling a bit frustrated, I contacted Moncrief as I remembered their name and reputation from living in Atlanta for many years. I got a recommendation from a trusted source to contact Ken Briggs, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and willingness to help. He spent a good deal of time with me on the phone over the course of several conversations trying to help me get to the root of my air quality issues. I don't live in the Moncrief service area, and I made that clear when we first spoke. Yet, he didn't hesitate to speak with me and try his best to help. This speaks volumes about his character. He made it seem like it was no big deal at all, yet I'm sure he is as busy as anyone else and I so appreciated the fact that he took the time to help me. Moncrief is truly fortunate to have such a valuable employee. Thank you so much for your generous help, Mr. Briggs. I wish there was a Ken Briggs where I live!"
