Needed more guidance on buying the right materials to avoid extra expenses and hassle. Overall did what was expected and when there was not sufficient adhesive in an area of the floor, they came back to inject additional adhesive into the area. It appears that it worked."

"The guys moved all the furniture/appliances out of the rooms, pulled up all the old flooring, laid the new vinyl plank flooring, including molding and caulking. They did whatever little things I noticed in the completed work. They moved all the furniture and appliances back into place. They were very nice, professional, and it was obvious they wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate their solid work ethic, and politeness. When it comes time to do another flooring project, I will definitely be calling these guys."

"This company did an excellent job of earning my business. The store associate I worked with showed me different flooring options to replace the carpet in my new home. He brought numerous samples of the Luxury Vinyl Plank I chose to my house and gave me a free estimate. One week later my new floors were installed. They looked even better than I had expected. They did not have to order an extra 10% of the flooring to allow for waste. Their installers have had so much experience laying floors, they only order what they are sure they will need. I am a happy customer!"

"Overall the install went OK. Bruno is very easy to work with. We had some minor issues with not leveling and screwing down the subfloor in one bedroom, and some minor damage to some of the floorboards (dents, small cracks) during installation. While I am satisfied with the overall job, I wish the installers had taken a little more time and care with the prefinished floors. The finished in place stair treads and landing turned out great. Overall, I would hire again, but would keep a closer eye on the job progress."

"Seriously the best! First off, if you have an insurance claim call K&M. Long story short my toilets water line came loose and the entire first-floor flooring needed to be replaced. I contacted K&M and John (the consultant) was out in less than an hour, John was fantastic! John went over the whole process with me - he went over different flooring options, cost, timing, installation, and what to expect. John's communication was second to none, he was constantly updating me on my project. Next came install day - Crew chief Paulo and his crew rocked! Super nice guys, were obviously very experienced and fast! Once Paulo and his crew get started they don't stop, they knocked out my floors in a day, no joke, one day... And the floors look great!! I chose the "Aruba" color, I love it. Super durable and they look exactly like hardwoods. Best of all, John and his crew helped me deal with my insurance adjuster. Before I chose K&M my insurance adjuster was a complete nightmare; I'm lost when it comes to insurance claims. K&M took over my project and made my process 100 times easier and stress free. John and crew took care of everything; they fought with my insurance adjuster to upgrade my old carpeted floors to new LVP floors for next to nothing out of pocket. The whole process was stress free and I could not be happier. I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to since this experience was so amazing. I will be recommending K&M, John, and Paulo to everyone; if you're looking to get new floors K&M needs to be at the top of your list."
