"Jim was great, he took care of business. The installers were polite, but not wholly professional, that's why I gave a B. Needed more guidance on buying the right materials to avoid extra expenses and hassle. Overall did what was expected and when there was not sufficient adhesive in an area of the floor, they came back to inject additional adhesive into the area. It appears that it worked."

"They did a great job repairing our squeaky floors and laying down beautiful carpet and were super quick. This has changed our lives. And the price was on point. You guys are our official floor guys. See you next time!"

"This company did an excellent job of earning my business. The store associate I worked with showed me different flooring options to replace the carpet in my new home. He brought numerous samples of the Luxury Vinyl Plank I chose to my house and gave me a free estimate. One week later my new floors were installed. They looked even better than I had expected. They did not have to order an extra 10% of the flooring to allow for waste. Their installers have had so much experience laying floors, they only order what they are sure they will need. I am a happy customer!"

"The guys moved all the furniture/appliances out of the rooms, pulled up all the old flooring, laid the new vinyl plank flooring, including molding and caulking. They did whatever little things I noticed in the completed work. They moved all the furniture and appliances back into place. They were very nice, professional, and it was obvious they wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate their solid work ethic, and politeness. When it comes time to do another flooring project, I will definitely be calling these guys."

"Our vinyl plank installation came out beautifully. We are pleased with the entire experience. We would definitely recommend Footprints Floors !"

"Noel and his crew are fantastic to work with! They are fast, on time, and do quality work. We will definitely use Footprint Floors again!"

"When my wife and I bought another home that needed floors, we knew exactly who to go to. We've used Bertolli Floors before, and with all the uncertainties that came with the home purchase during COVID 19, using them was not one of them (thank God). It's really nice to know there are floor installation professionals like Bruno and his team out there. You can depend on them. Their word is good, and their work is even better. They installed over a thousand square feet of tile for me, and they delivered better than expected, the first time through! No re-runs for these guys. They did the work of an artist, really, and I'm sure we'll use them again."

"Customer service and install exceeded my expectations. Flooring was installed with precision and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for any hardwood flooring projects."

"We were dreading the process of updating our floors, but Breakthrough Flooring completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment they came out for our free estimate, they were professional, honest, and incredibly helpful with helping us select the right material for our home. The installation crew was meticulous, treating our space with respect and making sure every single transition and baseboard was flawless. Finding a family-owned business that delivers this level of craftsmanship and transparent pricing is rare. Our house looks incredible, and we couldn't be happier."
